I am often asked, "What are the best workout shoes for doing P90X plyometrics?" Well, after spending months researching and trying different shoes, I think I've discovered the absolute best P90X shoes! Sure, this is very subjective and not everyone will agree, but I finally went with a pair (I actually bought a second and third pair of them, a testament to how much I like them) of Reebok Zig Flow Running Shoes!
