How do I make you my coach?
If you haven't created a Team Beachbody account yet, sign-up for a FREE Team Beachbody account. It's FREE and once you do, I will immediately be assigned as your coach!
Be sure to send me an email or message me in the Team Beachbody forums, so I can add you to the team. Shortly thereafter, I will be sending you a 'welcome packet' document that also asks a few questions (e.g., you current weight, fitness level, goals, diet, etc, etc.). Simply send me an email with all the requested information and we can get started on your transformation.
I would like to be coached by you, but was already assigned a coach. Can I change coaches?
If you have already created a Team Beachbody account, you were automatically assigned a coach during the sign-up process. However, it is very each to make a switch from your current coach to me. Here's how:
- Carbon Copy (CC) me on that email and I'll add you to the team and ensure Coach Relations makes the change. Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a welcome packet from me with all the information you'll need to get started.
