How do I make you my coach?
If you haven't created a Team Beachbody account yet, sign-up for a FREE Team Beachbody account. It's FREE and once you do, I will immediately be assigned as your coach!
Be sure to send me an email or message me in the Team Beachbody forums, so I can add you to the team. Shortly thereafter, I will be sending you a 'welcome packet' document that also asks a few questions (e.g., you current weight, fitness level, goals, diet, etc, etc.). Simply send me an email with all the requested information and we can get started on your transformation.
I would like to be coached by you, but was already assigned a coach. Can I change coaches?

If you have already created a Team Beachbody account, you were automatically assigned a coach during the sign-up process. However, it is very each to make a switch from your current coach to me. Here's how:
- Simply send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and tell them you would like to change your coach to John Terpening (Coach ID# 75173). My Team Beachbody username is CoachTerp.
- Carbon Copy (CC) me on that email and I'll add you to the team and ensure Coach Relations makes the change. Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a welcome packet from me with all the information you'll need to get started.

What equipment do I need for P90X?
Just a set of dumbbells or lightweight resistance bands, and a chin-up bar that fits in any doorway. You may also want to have optional equipment, such as push-up stands, a yoga mat, and a heart-rate monitor.
